Under this roof you will find the kitchen, dining table, comfortable seating for six and a smart TV. Windows and sliding doors all around allow you to see the ocean from everywhere. Wrap around porch encircles this entire area.

It’s all about the patio, which is completely covered for cool, shady relaxation. Gas grill is located on the upper patio along with an outdoor dining table that seats six.

Downstairs, there is a covered concrete patio outside the Hidden Gem Suite. Pool deck gets morning sun and afternoon shade. There are sheds where you will find beach chairs and floaties. The outside shower is perfect for washing off after a day at the beach or for cooling off in the evening.

You’ll find plenty of room to park a car or two just behind the house in the gated drive.

The villa is equipped with Starlink satellite internet and is fully powered with solar panels. You’ll always be able to connect to the outside world…if you want to.

Fully air conditioned with mini split air conditioners in every bedroom as well as the main living area. Bed linens, bath towels and beach towels are provided. Beach chairs and pool noodles are provided. The entire house is WiFi enabled. Books, games, DVDs.
